Stopped for gas in Richmond Hills, GA on 12/23/20 on my way from FL to Charlotte, NC for Christmas. My 2016 Jeep Compass would not start after filling up. Have had starting issues with it in the past but thought that my local Jeep dealer has solved the problem. Towed to Harrisons Tire and Auto at about 4p. Nick (fantastic man) ran some diagnostics and determined it was an electrical issue. My car was packed with luggage and presents so he locked it in his ship overnight. Next day was Christmas Eve and the likelihood of getting a Jeep part in was slim. However, 12/24 9:30am he told me he thought he had determined what was needed and the part was on it's way. Said it should be there by 11am. It was and it worked! He test drove my car and I was on my way again to NC. He ever arranged for the cashier to drive me to a hotel and then the next day had the day manager come pick me up. What a Class Act! This man and his team really know their stuff and I would highly recommend Harrison's Tire and Service to anyone in or near Richmond Hill, GA. I'd give 10 stars if I could.
